How to firm the booking ?
- Simply fill the booking form completely. The most important is your e-mail address.
- Fill the item "Description" should you have a special request for your booking e.i smoking room, ground floor room, side by side rooms etc
- Balihotels-budget.com will reply you with all details you should do for next step.
- All hotels require a deposit or credit card to confirm the booking
We wrote to Balihotels-budget.com but have not received a reply. Why?
| We do our best to reply to all legitimate e-mail inquiries within a few hours. However, if you have not received a reply it is more than likely due to one of the following causes : |
- Incorrect E-Mail Address: More often than not, the email address provided to us was incorrect. Please check that your email address is correct and resend.
- Not Received: Not often, but every once in a while we simply do not receive your email.
- Spam Filters: Some ISPs (AOL, EarthLink etc.) have filters to protect users from receiving unsolicited email. Please make sure that you set your filter to allow you to receive email from info@balihotels-budget.com.
- No Name: We do not answer anonymous email (inquiries wherein the sender does not identify themselves by name
- Other: Without a confirmed reservation, we do not provide contact details for any hotel & ignore such requests.
Is it still possible to cancel the booking after we send a credit card guarantee ?
- Yes, it is. As long as the cancellation is not done within the cancellation period which is usually 7 days on low season and 30 days on high season period (depend on each hotels regulation).
How do we pay the bill ?
- All Payment is made directly to hotels
- All payment will be collected upon your arrival in Bali in cash Bank Note (foreign currency or IDR / US$ travelers cheque / Visa / Master Card / Amex.
What does it include on the special internet rates ?
- The Internet Rate is our very special rate. It can be
20%-70% of the Published Rate. Our Internet Rate is quoted in US
Dollars or Rupiah Currency. It is usually nett (including tax &
service charges), and always below the Published Rate.
- All internet rates are inclusive of 21% tax and service charges and breakfast (except indicated "without")
- Arrival transfer from the airport to the hotel will be provided by some hotels. If not, additional fee will be charged for additional transfer from hotel to the airport.
What is Published Rate ?
- The Published Rates is the price from hotels or tour contractors. It will be applied if you deal direct booking to the hotel and/or provider.
How far responsibility Balihotels-budget.com for client ?
- We are responsible for all of our client who use our service during they stay in Bali. Please be assured that we will do our best to assist you and we serve you with our pleasure.
