The above rates are based per room each night according to the number of persons as outlined on each table including daily breakfast. All tax and service charge are already included in the rates. Additional charge of USD 10 is applied for every extra person; breakfast is included with this additional charge.

SURCHARGES
Surcharge will be applied in high and peak seasons for each room night as follows.
High season (01 July until 26 September): USD 6
Peak season 1 (Idul Fitri holiday: 27 Sep – 11 Oct): USD 19
Peak season 2 (24 Dec until 6 January): USD 19

FAMILY BENEFITS:
Child age is 2 until 11 years. Cot will be provided for free for infant 0 until 1 year.
Children stay free at Febri’s Hotel and Green Garden Hotel, up to the number outlined in above respective tables (breakfast is provided too). Exception with Green Garden Beach Resort & Spa, children under 16 years are not welcome as serenity must be maintained at all times.

FREE SPA BENEFITS:

• Use of outdoor spa Jacuzzi and aromatherapy steam rooms throughout the day. Facilities at Febri’s Hotel can be used by guests staying at Febri’s and Green Garden Hotel. Facilities at Green Garden Beach Resort is only provided for the beach resort’s guests.
• 1-hour Foot Massage is provided with 6 until 9 nights of accommodation (2 pax /room).
• 2-hours Foot Massage plus Balinese Massage with 10-night accommodation or longer (2 pax /room).
• Treatment is to be taken on 1st or 2nd day only as introductory offer.
• Reservation is required upon check-in.
• The 6-night and 10-night benefits are not combinable, transferable or redeemable.

CONDITIONS:

• Payment is fully settled prior to check-in, regardless the time of invoice receipt.
• Booking must be confirmed in writing by the hotel and documentation is submitted upon check in.
• Arrival time must be notified clearly.
• Normal check-in time is 14:00 hrs. Earlier check-in is subject to availability. Check-out time is at 12.00 noon. Additional charge for late check-out (up to 18:00 hrs) is 50 % of room rate. After 18:00 hrs, a full night rate is charged.
• If total or part cancellation occurs within 72 hours prior to arrival, the 1st night stay is charged.  Up to the first 3 nights are charged for cancellation during high & peak seasons.
• Anyone from 11 years and above is considered as adult whereby the extra charge will be applied starting from 3rd person.
